Our service department is presently a CompTIA A+ Certified service center; we offer professional and customer friendly services to both commercial and residential clients. Our service department consists of over 2,000 square feet repairing over 50+ computers simultaneously. Here are only a few basic things our service department has to offer you as not only our customer but as an important client as well.

Priority/Same-Day Service

Our service department offers same day priority service, for a fee our services may be performed the minute your system arrives in our service department.

Data Recovery/Backup & Data Management Solution

If you need data backed up, moved, copied or even recovered, our service department is highly trained and qualified to help you with your data management needs. Our service department is proud to be an OnTrack Authorized Partner.

Virus Removal

Is your system running awkwardly due to a virus? Is your computer recently experiencing problems with spyware activity or even malware? Our service department specializes in removing these infections using the latest in anti viral technology. For all commercial and business onsite service needs, please contact our I.T. Department (ext. 237) for questions and inquiries regarding networking, email servers, business solutions and I.T. infrastructure. (Ask for Richard or Adam) Our employees in the I.T. department are Microsoft Certified.

Free Pick-Up & Delivery*

Our service department offers free pick-up and delivery (within city limits) with an accommodating service repair. We will personally pick up your machine, service it in our service department and arrange it to be delivered right to your door. Pick-Up and Delivery is available Monday to Friday before 8PM

Emergency Insallation Package

Our service department is the only one in town to offer a warranty on your operating system installation. With the purchase of the Emergency Installation Package, our service department will install your operating system (no data preservation) free of charge, and is valid one time within a year of purchase date.
